Brianna Rice holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work with over 18 years of experience in the mental health environment. Most recently, she worked as a communication specialist and behavior interventionist for children with varying diagnoses such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, learning disabilities, ADHD, anxiety, depression, attachment disorders, maltreatment disorders and trauma exposure and/or post-traumatic stress disorder. Brianna incorporates macro, micro, and mezzo factors as well as equitably considering social and economic injustices and their impact on one’s social emotional functioning.
Brianna has had extensive training in regulation tools, emotional identification and recognition, and communication. As a social worker, she firmly believes in the value of emotional-focused therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy as the most effective treatment modalities in treating behavioral health symptoms.
In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, hiking and gardening with her beautiful 9-year-old son and puppy named Hank.
